Job Requirements.

University level education in business administration, or economics (bachelor’s degree, master preferred)

A minimum of 2/3 year of working experience in similar position in national or internationals NGO.

Excellent understanding of the local context and the challenges of the local communities

Able to develop and execute a training workshop for project beneficiaries in the field

Knowledge and experience in data analysis

Excellent communication skills, fluent in Dari ,Pashto (both written and spoken) as well as in English (both written and spoken) capable and willing to work in the field

Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (word, Excel and power point)
